Emma is a talented commercial property and real estate lawyer and joined Thompson Blackie Biddles at the beginning of 2014 having previously worked in the commercial property team at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. Emma has experience acting in relation to commercial real estate acquisitions, disposals, leasing, developments, subdivisions, due diligence investigations, property finance, Overseas Investment Act compliance and receivership sales.
